January 2026 — This Threshold is a moment I’ve been sensing for quite some time.
I’ve gone back and forth about how much to share from my inner world. I don’t want to add to fear or amplify uncertainty—that’s not my way of being. I’m committed to staying grounded in peace, love, and trust. And yet, something in me knows this threshold matters. Not because it’s dramatic, but because it’s invitational. We are standing at the edge of a meaningful shift, and how we choose to meet it—individually and collectively—will shape what comes next.

I see 2026 as a doorway. A closing of what no longer fits, and an opening into a more honest, embodied, and self-led way of being. While none of us can predict the details, many of us can feel the call: to show up more fully, more authentically, and more anchored in our own authority than ever before.
This isn’t about anticipating disruption—it’s about resourcing ourselves from within. Strengthening our inner foundation. While the world around us grows louder with distraction and distortion, lower frequencies will continue to crumble. We are all being asked, individually and collectively, to choose a higher path. We’re being asked to strengthen our commitment to love, peace, joy, and a positive viewpoint in service to the collective.

How I’m Choosing to Stay Centered, Grounded, and Clear in 2026
When I speak of resourcing ourselves from within, I mean choosing practices that steady the nervous system, sharpen inner knowing, and keep the heart open—especially as the world asks more of us.
For me, 2026 isn’t about adding more. It’s about devotion and consciously choosing a new way of being. Choosing the containers that support clarity, embodiment, and becoming—so I can continue to live, lead, and serve from a place that feels authentically true.
These are the practices and teachings I’m committing to as I cross the threshold of 2026.
Integral Coaching PCC — Thirdspace
2026 also marks the continuation—and completion—of my Integral Coaching PCC journey with Thirdspace through the International Coaching Federation. This work grounds my coaching experience with ethics and has expanded my trust in the field that can be created in sacred coaching containers. It matters to me that the way I guide others is rooted in integrity, trust, presence, and compassion. If you’d like to learn more about the Thirdspace coaching program, they have a Foundations of Coaching two-day course in early February.
ClearFlame & Mystery School — Shematrix
I will continue my work within the Shematrix Mystery School, including serving on the team for the February ClearFlame Retreat in Austin, TX. ClearFlame is sacred training and teachings of over 15 years by world-renowned teachers, modalities, and traditions. It’s four intensive days to help you move from 3D reactivity into 5D creation, clarity, and inner authority.

The Sage’s Retreat — Richard Rudd
I’m also participating in Richard Rudd’s Sage’s Golden Path Retreats, a rare series of three online devotional retreats he will be teaching for the final time. These gatherings are designed to deepen our relationship with the Gene Keys and their lines, offering a contemplative pathway for reshaping life from the inside out. Richard will guide us through the art of contemplation, practices for raising our vibrational state, devotional discipline, gentle approaches to integrating unresolved trauma, and an exploration of what he calls the Miracle Field. Several sisters I deeply trust are joining this journey as well, and I sense it will be a steady, grounding force for meaningful transformation. The retreat series begins January 6, 2026.
Sacred Feminine Journey — The Starhouse
Finally, I’ll be joining a Sacred Feminine Journey with Lila Sophia Tresemer, weaving constellations, sacred geometry, and living wisdom of the Sacred Feminine into a beautiful tapestry and way of being. This path traces a personal and planetary arc from Root to Crown, awakening the chakra system through ceremony, movement, sound, and archetypal remembrance. I’m hopeful it will be a cornerstone practice for 2026 —a space for deepening my commitment to sharing higher frequencies of leadership, compassion, and reverence with the world.
These practices aren’t about escape or transcendence. They’re about becoming more fully here—more anchored, more discerning, more loving.
As we step into 2026, my intention is simple:
To live what I teach.
To lead from compassion and coherence.
To contribute to the world from a place of clarity and heart.
