Step 2: Reprogram With Affirmations
Once you have established your meditation practice, the next step is to begin reprogramming your neural pathways with affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself, often daily or multiple times a day. These statements should be phrased in the present tense and should focus on what you want to achieve rather than what you want to avoid. For example, instead of saying, “I will never receive my dream job,” you could say, “I am capable and worthy of success.” By repeating these affirmations, you can begin to reprogram your brain to believe in the reality you desire.
Step 3: Visualize The Reality You Desire
Visualization involves creating a mental image of the reality you desire and engaging all of your senses to make that image feel as real as possible. This involves imagining yourself already having achieved your goals and experiencing the feelings and emotions associated with that success. Visualizing your goals in this way helps activate the same neural pathways in the brain that would be activated if the desired outcome were actually happening. By repeatedly visualizing your desired outcome in this way, you can begin to reprogram your brain to believe that it is possible. Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your desires.
Step 4: Take Aligned Action
Once you have established a regular meditation practice, engaged in neural reprogramming affirmation, and visualized your desired outcomes, the next step is to take action in alignment with your intentions. Aligned action involves taking steps that are consistent with your desired reality and that feel good to you.
It’s important to note that taking action doesn’t always mean working harder or pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Rather, it means taking inspired action that feels in alignment with your true self and that brings you closer to your desired outcome.
For example, suppose your desired outcome is to start your own business. In that case, aligned action might involve:
- Creating a business plan that feels exciting and aligned with your values.

- Finding Expanders (people who have successfully completed what you’re dreaming about).
By taking aligned action, you signal to the universe that you are ready to receive the abundance and success you desire. You also create momentum toward your goals and build confidence in yourself and your abilities.
