What happens when truth sets in and emerges as a new force of nature?
Lately, I have been reflecting on what happens when truth sets in. The invitation to look inward with a new perspective, refreshed wisdom. To be present with all aspects of my life and acknowledge the creations and essence that have emerged. When the truth sets in, I see that it no longer asks for permission to exist. It begs for something deeper. A calling… maybe?
The truth is that I am in a period of change. A period of my own transformation.
And as I look around, I feel many of us are. Our world is changing, and we are changing alongside it.
Transition Equals Trust
However you view the world — spirituality, astrology, science, technology — it is difficult to ignore that we are living in a time of transition. And as with all things in transition, inner trust is essential. Just as the caterpillar becomes the butterfly, and as a mother births her baby, transition equals trust, and trust is the invitation to go inward.
Inward in presence. Inward in stillness. Inward in connection. Inward in practice. Not searching for answers outside of yourself, remembering the truth that much of what you seek already lives within you.
This has been one of the greatest lessons of my life. Learning to trust my own knowing. Learning to sit with myself long enough to hear the wisdom beneath the fear, beneath the expectations, beneath the endless opinions of the world.
And what I have discovered is that when the truth sets in, it is a liberating force of nature. There is a freedom that comes with it. Freedom beyond authenticity or our existence in the world.
Truth is the essence that remains when everything else falls away. The quiet that lives at the center of who we are. The still point. The guidepost. The inner compass that never left us, but longed to be remembered.
Truth Exists With Polarity
The truth is that what you are here to do matters. The truth is that there is responsibility in that realization, but also a profound joy — both gravitas and light. Yes, truth exists with polarity.
As I reflect on my own journey, I can see that my truth has always been there. Through seasons when my light felt bright and radiant. Through seasons when it felt dim and difficult to access. My light was always there; it is the place where truth survived. Every season mattered, and all was necessary.
Perhaps that is what truth ultimately reveals: that nothing was wasted. Not the challenges. Not the waiting. And certainly, not the becoming.
Truth Is an Invitation
When the truth sets in, it becomes an invitation to plant new seeds. To nurture what matters. To live with curiosity. To grow your light with intention. To devote yourself to what you are here to create, contribute, and become.
When the truth sets in, it becomes the gift to believe in yourself. To trust what you know. To move forward with devotion.
When the truth sets in, it is not an ending. It is an initiation. A sacred opening. A doorway into a new way of being.
And if you find yourself standing at that doorway today, may you trust what is emerging. May you honor what has survived. And may you have the courage to let the truth take root.
And if the truth within you is stirring, asking for deeper roots and a well-tended flame, I would be honored to support your journey. Through an intimate Integral Development Coaching container, as trained by Thirdspace and/or through a transformational women’s retreat through Shematrix. Both spaces of truth and reverence.
If you feel called to either, I invite you to follow that curiosity—it may be the next candle lighting the way.
With cosmic love,
Bonnie
