Reflections on completing my Integral Development Coaching PCC Certification.
Last week was a full-circle moment in my life. I completed a year-long journey to certify as an Integral Development Coach with the incredible humans at Thirdspace.
Yet somehow, that sentence doesn’t quite capture what actually happened.
It was a year of endings and beginnings. A year of integrating who I have been with who I am becoming. A year that invited me to look inward, challenge old narratives, and deepen my understanding of what it means to be fully human.
That’s the gift of Integral Coaching. It is a deeply human way of coaching that “integrates” the head, heart, and body, taking the whole human experience into account. I discovered new capacities within myself while creating space for others to discover theirs. It was a delightful playground of learning and human consciousness.
Thank you to Thirdspace and New Ventures West for creating this way of coaching and being in the world. Thank you to my coach and beautiful human, Lizzie Winn, for your guidance and inspiration.
Thank you to my fellow PCC-K-ers; what a privilege it was to share this experience and walk alongside you. Thank you to my colleagues at Integrative Emergency Services who supported me during this adventure.
Thank you to Janeena Sims for introducing me to the brilliant work of Thirdspace and the ripple effect it undoubtedly has in the world.
And lastly, thank you to Mark Sims for holding down the fort, supporting 2 a.m. wake-ups, and sharing this wild ride with me.
I have a renewed sense of purpose and an even stronger commitment to helping leaders, women, and families navigate their becoming.
I am forever changed for the better.
